Reservation Policies
Payment Policy

A credit card deposit of $500 is required upon making and confirming your reservation. This site is set up to accept secured PayPal payments. DO NOT USE this payment link until your reservation has been confirmed.

The balance of your reservation is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Exception: For reservations between Dec 15-Jan 5, your balance is due 90 days prior to arrival.

All monies are non-refundable after final payment has been made.

We accept credit cards (Visa and MasterCard) via PayPal. A credit card is always required for your deposit and as a means of security.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel your reservation more than 60 DAYS BEFORE your scheduled arrival, $300
will be refunded to you from your $500 deposit. (There is a $200 cancellation fee).

Should you cancel WITHIN 60 DAYS of your scheduled arrival,
you could lose your entire amount unless I am able to rebook your reservation days. If any of your reservation
dates are rebooked, you will be refunded on a pro-rated per diem basis.

Privacy Policy
Currently, submitting your information to us via our reservation form is not secure. What this
means is that your data (name, etc.) is not encrypted. It is sent as clear text over the Internet
to a Web server and then to us via e-mail. This is the same format you use when you send an e-mail
to associates, friends, or family.
If you are uncomfortable with submitting this information via un-encrypted e-mail, please give
us a call to make your reservation.
Any payments made through our PayPal Payment form uses PayPal's state of the art encryption system.
